We received a wish from Michele & Jeanne for a little cancer warrior named Nico Cassabria. Michele & Jeanne explained that nine-years-old Nico had been battling Neuroblastoma for the past six years. He has been in a fight for his life for ¾ of his existence. The ladies wanted nothing more than for Bianca’s Kids to make this Christmas a special one for Nico and his family. We did just that!
As we know all too well that when one family member is battling cancer the entire family is affected, we decided to grant this wish for Nico and his entire family. So, we barged into Nico's house with Santa Claus! Nico and his sister Ava who is six-years-old where shocked beyond words.
In short, we provided Nico with dozens of wrapped Christmas presents which included all of the things that he loves (transformers, legos sets, remote helicopters and more). We did the same for Ava and for Nico's older sister Sophia who is 15. However, there was the one gift, the one that Nico wished for above all things that induced his biggest smile – A Cozmo Robot!
In addition to the Christmas presents that covered the living room, we provided the family:
A $100 gift card for older sister Sophia to buy herself something special and movie passes so she could enjoy a night out with friends;
A $500 check for Nico's mom to help with medical bills;
A $50 Shoprite gift card to help with Christmas groceries;
A gift certificate for the entire family to enjoy a 2017 Mother's Day Brunch at The Estate at Monroe in Williamstown, NJ. Lord knows mom can use a day out!
Seeing Nico smile was the highlight of our entire year!
Merry Christmas Nico. We love you.

Dear Bianca's Kids:
I have a friend that is in great need and don't know if you can be of any help! Her husband is the provider for their family. They have a 16 year old daughter, 14 year old son and 13 year old son and they just moved into their new home 2 weeks ago! Last Sunday the husband woke up throwing up blood and was rushed to the hospital where after just 48 hours, he received 16 units of blood and emergency surgery. On Tuesday dad underwent another surgery and received even more units of blood. By Friday they finally moved him out of the ICU and into a regular room. They are estimating 6-8 weeks recovery for him which means no Christmas for the kids, no money for bills, no money for food and HUGE expense for medical bills! I am asking for a Christmas wish this holiday season! It would mean a lot to this family. So my Christmas wish is to help lessen the burden on mom and dad and get them through this holiday season! Thanks for listening.
Dear Mandy, we can certainly help. We're in the business of Christmas wishes. We are granting your wish by sending the family a check for $500 to help with Christmas.
FAMILY OF 7 WHO LOST EVERYTHING INCLUDING THEIR BELOVED DOG TO DEVASTATING HOUSE FIRE ARE TODAY'S BIANCA'S KIDS' SURPRISE WISH RECIPIENTS - MEET THE SHUFFORD FAMILY!!!
We received a wish from a gentleman named Adam for a displaced family with 5 kids who lost EVERYTHING to a fire on November 25, 2016. This beautiful family barely escaped with their lives. Sadly, the Shufford Family's beloved dog Chino died in the fire.
So, how do we begin to help an entire family who lost... everything they own? Well, we called on our friends at Metrospect Events/Hair O' The Dog and boy did they come through! Tonight, our director Vanessa surprised the Shuffords at their gym & presented them with the following:
FROM BIANCA'S KIDS:
A ton of Christmas gifts for all five of their children;
$250 in gift cards so their older children could buy themselves something they each really wanted for Christmas;
A $500 check to replace clothing for the kids;
A $1,000 check for a new puppy when the time is right. We could never replace Chino, but a puppy will most definitely help heal the grieving hearts of the Shufford children;
A $50 gift card to Cracker Barrel so the family could have a nice holiday breakfast;
FROM METROSOECT/HAIR O' THE DOG:
A $1,000 check for the family to use as they see fit;
A gift cert for Flying Fish Crafthouse and Chef Brian Duffy for an amazing family dinner.
Needless to say, the Shuffords were shocked and a bit emotional as were we. A huge thank you to our supporters who made this wish possible and to Metrospect/Hair O' The Dog for their incredible generosity. This wish wouldn't be the same without your help.

Yesterday, a bit of divine intervention occurred. We were invited to appear on a radio show at 92.1 FM and so was John Fuqua. John spoke of his fight to create a safe a fun basketball league for boys 14-17 to enjoy & to keep 70 kids off the dangerous streets of Bridgeton, NJ. John works so hard for the kids in his community as he doesn't want anymore families to suffer the senseless loss his did when his nephew was murdered.
John was there trying to raise the $8,000 he needed to satisfy the fees and costs associated with his league. To see a man fighting so incredibly hard for 70 kids was so touching and inspiring. Bianca's Kids is donating $1,000 towards John's league. We couldn't be happier to grant this wish.
If you are interested in making a donation to this great cause, please message us.
John, keep up the great work
We received a wish for a wonderful family that gives back to their community on a daily basis. Unfortunately and due to the needs of their special needs child, mom had to leave her job last year. This 2 income family had to survive on one income for a year. Needless to say, they were plagued with bills and stressing the holidays.
As this wish far exceeded our budget for Wishes, we contacted a donor who wishes to remain anonymous. Together, we provided the family the amount they needed to become par with their bills. 😁
A family that gives back gets back!! That's Christmas magic!
I am hoping you could help give my 9 year old son a great Christmas. This last year has been very emotional. I just left his father whom was emotionally & physically abusing me so I moved out, got a great job and moved into my own place until I damaged my knee! They are wanting to do total replacement but I can't afford to stay home. Th...e rent and bills are piling up. But I'm so scared that my baby boy will wake up Christmas morning to nothing. He deserves happiness in his life. Please any help is greatly appreciated.
Dear Kim, we know this year must have taken a toll on you. So, we would like to relieve your Xmas stress by sending you a check so you can Christmas shop for your boy. He definitely won't wake up to nothing on Xmas morning! Merry Christmas from Bianca's Kids. See More
