WISH GRANTED - little boy lives out his dream to be a police officer for the day thanks to a looking Police Chief. Meet Payton
We recently received a wish from Payton’s mommy. She explained that her beautiful boy has been dreaming of being a police officer for the past 4 years. Due to his medical issues, Payton’s mom felt his dream may never come to fruition. Her wish to Bianca’s Kids was to get Payton to experience the next best thing and become a police officer f...or the day.
To that end, we contacted the amazing Chief Empey of the Jordan Minnesota police department. Chief Empey, without hesitation, agree to help us make this wish a realty. Today Chief Empey and his staff went above and beyond to make Payton’s day beyond special. Oh, and we sent Payton the fabulously authentic uniform he wore today. Lol
Thank you Chief Empey and Everyone at Jordan (MN) Police Department. We appreciate you for giving Payton an experience he won’t soon forget.
Thanks to our friends at Integrity Automotive in Williamstown, NJ., this mom is never going to be forced to take a bus or an Uber to work or school again. It’s hard enough to go to work, then add school to it and a 3 yr old baby to care for WITH NO TRANSPORTATION. We had to change that.
We received a wish for Gianna from her manager Maria. Marie explain how hard Gianna saved to buy herself a used car that turned out to be a lemon and because of it she had no transportation or money to buy another car. She explained that Gianna is one of the hardest working people and that even without transportation she is never late and never misses work.
Gianna was in utter shocked when we surprised her with a shiny red Nissan at Integrity Automotive. She never stopped crying. ♥️ see our prior post for the video of this wish.
We love to help our hard-working single moms and this was a perfect opportunity. A huge thank you goes out to our friends at Integrity Automotive for partnering with us on this wish. We couldn’t have done it without you.
WISH GRANTED - for amazing parents of 5 kids (3 bio, 1 adopted, 1 foster). These selfless parents deserve a fabulous night to themselves.
Here is the wish we received via our website at BiancasKids.org:
Dear Bianca’s Kids:
I have a dear nursing friend named Jessie who is a wonderful child advocate and has recently adopting a lil’ guy and is currently fostering his younger sister (plans for adoption as well). They also have 3 kiddos of their own. Her lil’ guy just was Dx: with seizures. Terrible epilepsy and they are going through it. She is a pediatric nurse and a wonderful individual.
This month is Jessie & her husband’s birthdays & their anniversary and it’s epilepsy awareness month as well. Could Bianca’s kid shed some sunshine to this wonderful family? Maybe a gift card for take out? They are doing such great things for their family and I just hope they could catch a break. Thanks for the consideration.
Dear Barb, sometimes the best thing we can do for our foster/adopted kids is to give their amazing parents a break. Especially when they already had 3 of their own! For this wish we’ve decided to gift Jesse a check for $500 so that she and her husband can go out for a fancy dinner to celebrate their birthdays and anniversary. We’ve also included some extra money in there for a babysitter. What selfless individuals. Hope they enjoy their night out.
My name is Portia and I’m a mother of 2 special need children named Derek and Aniylah. It’s trying and a difficult job caring for not 1 but 2 disabled children under 10 years old. Every day is a struggle making ends meet on little income.
My wish this year is a struggle free Christmas. My daughter just had 2 major to revise her shunt(something to drain fluid from around the brain) which left me out of work and unable to pay bills. Which led to me using my Christmas money to pay bills or being homeless was my only options. I don’t want them to have the newest or most expensive toys out just a tree and a few things to put under it. All year long we go without I just want a relaxing day for my kids one day out of the year. This was her 40th surgery she has had a pretty hectic life and I would love it if she can have one day to feel like a kid. Love,
Dear Portia, God bless your strength! We have a check for $500 coming your way to do your Xmas shopping for the kids. You deserve a struggle free holiday.
Wish Granted - His life changed forever in April with a cancer diagnosis. Today he is our wish recipient - meet Corbin.
In April of this year 12-year-old Corbin was diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma. Neuroblastoma is a rare, aggressive, life-threatening form of cancer that requires immediate treatment. Currently, Corbin is finishing up radiation and chemotherapy and will begin immunotherapy next month.
Corbin’s mom submitted a wish via our website at BiancasKids.org for a Apple Watch. It’s something Corbin really wants and we are confident it will keep him entertained during some of his long treatment sessions. One Apple Watch is being delivered to Corbin tomorrow.
Enjoy your watch Corbin. Stay strong buddy. You got this!
