Here's the wish we received:
Dear Bianca's Kids, I would like to nominate my student Alexander (AJ) Kusch to have his wish granted. AJ has been my student since March and that is when he was first diagnosed with a brain tumor. He had just started a new school, was trying to make new friends, and adjust to living in a new house, when his medical problems began. Shortly after arriving in my classroom, AJ had to be out for extended periods of time in order to be treated in Delaware. However through this whole process AJ consistently comes into class with a smile on his face! He is facing such a hardship, yet he comes to school each day and wants to learn and do well. AJ is always coloring and one of his favorite things to color are baseball pictures. We once had a conversation that he has never been to a Phillies game, but that he hoped to go one day. His family enjoys watching baseball together and I think it would be a wonderful experience for his family to attend a Phillies game together. He loves his mom, dad, little brother, and sister so much and I think that this special memory would be wonderful for AJ. I know that AJ would appreciate any special attention and would flash his huge smile if his wish is granted. Sincerelry, Heather Lizza Dear Ms. Lizza, we are happy to report that your wish for AJ has been granted. We are providing him great seats and parking passes for his very first Philadelphia Phillies game. Oh, and we "one upped" this wish. We are also bringing AJ to meet and spend the day with Philadelphia Eagles at training camp in July. Thanks for being an awesome teacher and for helping us to make this very worthy little boy's dreams come true.

To whom it may concern: I am writing to nominate my daughter Jaylyn for the wish of the Eagles training day camp. She has been a fan since birth and she will be 3 in August. She, not unlike the Philadelphia Eagles, is an underestimated force. Born with 3 rare and life threatening diseases that have robbed her of her ability to talk and walk independently, she still perseveres and never gives up. Thank you for this amazing opportunity, and Im sure whoever is chosen, surely is more than deserving of such a wonderful wish. Sincerely, Deanna Any little girl who decorates her braces with Eagles logos is fit for this wish! Deanna & Jaylyn will be joining us to spend a day at Eagles training camp in July. 👍👍👍 ** BIANCA'S KIDS GRANTS WISH FOR TERMINAL CHILD BY PAYING OFF HER SINGLE MOTHER'S CAR LOAN! **6/17/2016 Here is the wish we received:
Dear Bianca's Kids: My wish is to have the balance on our van paid off. I am a struggling single mother to Bekka. Bekka has spastic quad cerebral palsy and myofibular myopathy. The myopathy is affecting her lung muscles. In April 2016 the University of Michigan estimated she has 6-12 months to live. My van is my biggest worry financially. My wish is to keep Bekka at home and not in a facility. At some point I will have to take an unpaid leave of absence to be with her and care for her during her last days. The expectation is that she will go into a coma. Not having the van payment will allow me to spend more time with her and make more memories with her before she can no longer. Thank you, Melissa Melissa, our wish is that we were granting yours under different circumstances. We are thrilled to relieve you of this financial burden so that you can spend precious time with Bekka. You & Bekka remain in our thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Bianca's Kids ❤️ |
