Here is the wish we received:
Dear Bianca's Kids,
Amyre is such a bright and beautiful girl. She is vibrant, energetic, and knows how to make everyone smile. She has quite a few favorite things. She loves to play pretend with her dishes and food and she loves to make recipes with playdoh. But her ultimate favorite is Shopkins. She absolutely loves them. Amyre would love a shopping spree to toys r us or walmart to pick out all of her favorite things.
Who could say no to that face? Your wish is granted. We have sent you an electronic $200 gift card to Walmart so Amyre can go pick out some new playdoh, new shopkins and maybe even a few new play kitchen items (dishes and food). She is as cute as bug!
Hunterdon Youth Services is a vital resource for teenaged boys who must live away from their families for a period of time due to various forms of abuse, dysfunction or neglect. Their Flemington-based home provides a safe, therapeutic environment for youth in crisis. Hunterdon calls on us periodically when one of their teens are in need.
A teen boy was just placed in Hunterdon and came with absolutely nothing. Hunterdon reached out to us for all new school supplies for this young man so he can be equipped for school.
We granted this wish for this precious boy by providing him with a new Under Armour backpack, and all new binders, notebooks, paper, scientific calculator, pens, pencils and more.
Sometimes a child’s needs and wishes are basic. 😢
We received a wish for a homeless high school student who is currently in a motel and in need of funds to pay for additional days/nights stay. This teen, who shall remain nameless, will be moving into a shelter on Feb 8th, but needed a little help paying for her motel until then.
Bianca's Kids is paying for the high school student's motel bill until she can get safely get to the shelter. It's sad to think that any high school student would be struggling to keep a roof over their head.
*** WISH GRANTED - He has Cerebral Palsy, spent 5 1/2 years in foster care and wants nothing more than to fit in. We are making that happen. Meet Dylan**
Hello. Our son Dylan (we will be adopting this year) is 16 and has many struggles. He has been in foster care for 5.5 years. He is wheelchair bound due to cerebral palsy, rickets, and epilepsy. He had his right hip removed in 2011, and will need his a left hip removed this year. Also in July of 2016, he had a spinal fusion from t2 to tailbone.
He spends a lot of his time in his wheelchair. Due to this he needs comfortable clothing. Since the fusion he hit a gigantic growth spurt. From boys 8/10 to boys 16. He loves to be like his brother. with sporty athletic clothing. Unfortunately, I am the only income in the house and because I have 6 children (3 medically fragile) I only average around 20 hours a week. This doesn't allow us to splurge on under armour or Nike clothing. He longs to fit in, and rock the "cool clothes" Dylan would live a pair of under armour pants, t-shirt, and sweat shirt. And maybe some long socks too. He is a size men's 6 shoe. I wish I could splurge a little for him, how everything you that is not in our cards right now. He wants nothing more than to fit in.
I appreciate you considering his wish!
Dylan is going to be the BEST DRESSED fellow in all of PA as we are having delivered to him and brand new wardrobe. Included in his wish package from Bianca's Kids will be 2 pairs of Under Armour pants, 3 Under Armour shirts, 1 Under Armour hoodie, 6 pars of Nike socks and 1 pair of Nike Sneakers.
At a mere 10 years old, Bella has been through more than most. Bella was born with CHD and 22q.11.2 deletion syndrome, which has its obstacles. In November of last year, Bella was hospitalized for pallet surgery. In December, she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer which spread and required immediate surgery with radiation treatments thereafter. Bella’s mom reached out to us with a wish to help make her sweet Bella smile during this difficult time. As Bella’s birthday is coming up in February, she created an Amazon wish list. We purchased a few of the items off of Bella’s wish list including a Star Wars bedding set, a plush Star Wars throw blanket, a hammock swinging chair and the “SUCK IT CANCER” book for some good reading. All of Bella’s early birthday presents are on their way to her house as we speak. :)
Happy birthday Bella!
Love, Bianca’s Kids
Today, we presented volunteers of “Christmas for Puerto Rico” with a check for $5,000.00 for Puerto Rico Children’s Hospital (“PRCH”). PRCH provides care for children who do not have insurance. No child is turned away.
With so many children getting sick and injured as a result of the devastation of Hurricane Maria, we knew we needed to lend a hand to PRCH.
Thank you to our supporters for making this amazing donation possible
SIBLINGS SHATTERED BY THE SUICIDE OF THEIR SISTER, GET THEIR WISH GRANTED TO HONOR HER IN A SPECIAL WAY
We received a wish via our website from a woman by the name of Theresa Moore for the siblings of Riley Nichole Hughes. This beautiful picture captured happier times for the family.
Riley (far left in the photo) was adored by her family, classmates and teachers. Sadly, on June 27, 2017, 17-year-old Riley Hughes took her own life leaving her family devastated and grief stricken.
Theresa wrote to us with a special wish for Riley's siblings. As Riley was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan, Theresa wished for us to get Riley's family tickets to the Philadelphia Eagles v. Dallas Cowboys game in Philadelphia. Attending this game is something Riley always wanted to do with her family but never had the chance to. As the Eagles and Dallas are a huge NFL rivalry, tickets are rarely available for this game and if they ever are, they are completely unaffordable.
As we felt that attending this game in memory of Riley would not only be a unifying but a healing event for her siblings who miss her, we knew we had to make this wish come true. So, with the help of our incredible friends at the Philadelphia Eagles organization, the entire Hughes Family will be in attendance at the Eagles v. Dallas game on December 31st. We are certain Riley will be there in spirit as well.

FORMER FOSTER CHILD GOT THE SHOCK OF HIS LIFE TODAY WHEN WE SURPRISED HIM WITH HIS VERY OWN CAR! BK’S BIGGEST XMAS WISH OF 2017 GOES TO JAH’MEAR KIRBY!
WHAT A DAY!!!! We wish you could have been there!
We received a wish for a young man by the name of Jah’mear. The wish came to us from Tori Gallo of Williamstown, NJ.
Jah’mear spent many years in foster care and is an amazing boy who is loved by so many in his community. Tori told us that a few of Jah’mear’s Teachers chipped in to buy him a bicycle to get to and from work and school. Unfortunately, Jah’mear’s bike was stolen. It was his only form of transportation.
Given all the good we heard about him, we decided to kick this wish up a notch. Instead of replacing his Bike we surprised him with his very own car!!! This kid lost his mind! He cried tears of joy and said things like “this can’t be real” and “is this whole car mine?” Just incredible.
This was by far one of the most touching wishes we’ve ever granted. Our friends at Mike's Driving School have offered Jah’mear free driving lessons and while at today’s wish granting, Jah’mear was offered a job at outback steakhouse in Turnersville NJ.
