AS THE SISTER OF A SICK CHILD SHE SOMETIMES GETS OVERLOOKED. TODAY WE SHINE A BRIGHT LIGHT ON HER BY GRANTING A WISH FOR THE BEST BIG SISTER EVER! CHRISTMAS WISH #5 GOES TO ALANNA KEGLER!
Here's the wish we received:
Dear Bianca's Kids: ...
Alanna is a kind, loving, and a great best friend to her younger sister with a degenerative lung disease. Alanna has been with her sister through over 100 hospital admissions, surgeries, test and procedures. Alanna's wish is for an iPad so that on long days at the hospital she can play Minecraft or Sims3 (they are her favorite games). Alanna is often bored and restless during her sister’s treatments and an iPad would really be a great learning tool as well as provide her with hours of activities. Alanna often gets over looked because of her sister's lung disease and I only wish I could provide her with an iPad so she could have the chance to feel special. Thank you for considering my daughter for a wish.
We at Bianca's Kids are big on celebrating the SIBLINGS of sick children. Why? Because no one deserves a wish more than them. So, we have a shiny new IPad on its way for Allana!!! Merrry Christmas from Bianca's Kids. xoxoxo
Many years ago when made a commitment to our local foster children. We promised them that if they commit to going college, BK committed to buying each and every one of them a brand new laptop for school. Another 8 of our foster children enrolled in college and another 8 shiny new laptops are leaving our warehouse.

TODAY’S WISH RECIPIENT HONORS HIS DADDY’S MEMORY BY HELPING & INSPIRING OTHERS BATTLING ADDITION. MEET 11 year old TRAE
Keith (Trae) Cole is just 11 years old and at his young age he knows that there is so much healing in helping others. Trae deals with the loss of his father by helping others. Trae created his own organization that honors his dad’s memory by delivering backpacks full of toiletries to recovery addicts. Each backpack is unique as it has a patch on it that displays the name and story of an addict who lost their Battle.
Trae is a bright and caring little boy who has been through a lot. And instead of feeling sorry for himself, he’s focused on helping others. For all of these reasons we decided to do something special for Trae.
To support his cause, we are sending Trae a $300 donation to buy more of his backpacks. For Trae personally, another $100 to buy himself something he really wants.
Keep up the great work Trae!

Dear Bianca's Kids:
My wish for waylon would be a day all about him. A day for him to go shopping for clothes, shoes, hats and toys. And possibly pick out a new carseat as well. Waylon was diagnosed with wolmans disease a rare genetic disorder that affects 1 in 350,000 newborns at 7 weeks old. At 5 weeks old he started chemotherapy to treat HLH. Waylon is only the 5th person in medical history to ever have those two together. He's now in remission from HLH and had been for close to a year. He's been in and out of the hospital his whole life. When he's not in the hospital we go an hour north once or twice a week for appointments and enzyme replacement therapy. With all his medical issues he's never been able to do much, I'm a single mother living off of very little every month because I need to stay home and take care of him. I really feel he needs one day to enjoy, one day to pick out what he wants and will enjoy wearing or playing with. His three favorite things ever are cars clothes and shoes.
Thank you for your time.
Dear Morgan, we are happy to grant Waylon's wish for a little shopping spree with a check for $350. Merry Christmas to your litte fashionista

Dear Bianca's Kids,
Vanessa has autism and turns 6 on 12/21, just a few days before Christmas. I (mom), am having surgery on 11/27 and will be off work unpaid while I am recovering from surgery. I wanted to make her birthday special this year, and planned on purchasing an iPad for her as a birthday gift. However, this year was very hard for us financially, and I am unable to afford any gifts for her this year. I am wishing to give her the gift of an iPad (not picky on size, a mini would be wonderful) for her birthday/Christmas gift combo. I think an iPad would be a wonderful tool for her. Our county waiver program has assured me that they will pay for assistive communication technology apps if we ever receive an iPad, and I would love to try to get her communicating with such an app. Her iPod does not have enough storage to download these types of apps. So if this wish is granted, I would only ask that it be a larger GB device so we can get her numerous apps without sacrificing all of the storage.
Cassandra, we know that IPADs are a great learning tool for children with autism and are so happy to grant this wish for Vanessa. An Ipad mini with 128GB is on its way to your door. Happy birthday and Merry Christmas to Vanessa!
Bethel AME in Millville, NJ serves up to 3000 local children and families on Thanksgiving and Christmas. This year, the church ran out of funds to feed everyone on Thanksgiving Day. They knew they were going to have to send families away that depend on t...hem for a hot Turkey dinner this year. That was until we heard of their dilemma.
Given Bethel AME's financial hardship for Thanksgving, we knew they needed Christmas help too. So many people turn to this church for food and gifts during the holiday season. We didnt want them to have to endure the painh of turning away a family in need. So, Christmas wish #3 for 2017 is granted for Bethal AME with a $1,000 check to assist with food for their Thanksgiving dinner for the needy and another check for $1,000 to purchase toys and gifts for needy children of the parish this Christmas.
God is Good!!!
